The Panasonic Lumix DMC-L10 is an SLR aimed at the consumer market. The camera boasts of a 10 mega pixel N-MOS sensor and is equipped with Live View facilities. Thus, the camera is very useful and supports contrast based AF which allows focusing without having to flip its mirror back and forth. Another very unique feature included in this SLR is Face Detection.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-L10 uses a lens which is designed for Four Thirds system and a special model is needed in order to support AF contrast.
