Nikon D90 is the replacement of Nikon D80. This DSLR camera has a good resolution of 12.3 MP. Nikon claims this camera to be the first DSLR to shoot high definition video. This feature makes it cut above the rest.
This camera weighs 1.4 lbs. Its dimensions are 4.1 x 3.0 x 5.2 inch. Its ergonomical design makes it very easy to use.
The CMOS sensor of Nikon D90 allows you to take sharp, high quality, and low noise pictures. Its ISO sensitivity ranges between 200 and 3000. Its self cleaning function makes sure that the picture quality does not get affected due to dust.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-L10 is an SLR aimed at the consumer market. The camera boasts of a 10 mega pixel N-MOS sensor and is equipped with Live View facilities. Thus, the camera is very useful and supports contrast based AF which allows focusing without having to flip its mirror back and forth. Another very unique feature included in this SLR is Face Detection.
